Cafellissimo Paperless Pour Over Coffee Maker Review

Nowadays it is not uncommon to find the pour-over coffee brewing technique being used in coffee shops across America. Pour-over brewing is not new. It was invented in 1908 by Melitta Bentz in Germany.

In theory, pour-over coffee makers work in a similar fashion to a drip coffee maker, but the result can be quite distinct. There are several factors to consider to ensure you get a superior artisanal cup of coffee – mainly, the coffee grind size, water temperature, brewing time, and filter type.

While there are a variety of pour-over coffee makers available in the market, the Cafellissimo stainless steel pour over coffee maker has successfully kept an elegant single-piece brewing method for the minimalist in mind.

The permanent stainless steel filter won’t stain no matter how many cups of coffee you strain through, and it will taste the same as long as you clean it thoroughly after brewing. Wash it and simply re-use it. A soft bristle toothbrush might be helpful in removing ground particles that clog the micro mesh filter.

Convenience is not exactly the word I’d use for pour-over coffee, but Cafellissimo is a good starting point for those who are new to the pour over brewing method. While it is not particularly indestructible, it can produce an impressive cup of coffee that allows the flavors and aromas to speak for themselves without any additives.

If you want to achieve a more consistent brew, Cafellissimo pour-over coffee maker should be your first choice. Best of all, it is reasonably priced!
