The Easiest Coffee Milkshake Recipe

Did you know there’s a day dedicated to coffee milkshakes? It’s on July 26 and this is the coffee milkshake you should make to celebrate.

We used cold brew coffee and our favorite homemade no churn coffee ice cream to create this treat for National Coffee Milkshake Day and for any time you just feel like having a milkshake.

How to Make a Coffee Milkshake 

Step 1 

Add cold brew coffee, milk and ice cream into a blender. Blend until smooth. 

We made our cold brew coffee with a Primula Cold Brew Coffee Maker.

Step 2

Serve in a tall glass. Top with homemade whipped cream or toppings like chocolate chips. 

For other variations, add a tablespoon of your favorite coffee syrup to change up the flavor.

  • ¼ cup cold brew coffee
  • ¼ cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 2 scoops coffee ice cream
  • Heavy cream for whipped cream (optional)
  • Toppings – chocolate chips, chocolate sauce (optional)
