From a classic Irish Coffee drink recipe to other variations we’ve made, plus one inspired by Starbucks, we hope you’ll feel extra lucky with every sip.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

1. Irish Coffee

The classic Irish coffee is a concoction cocktail made with whiskey and coffee. This is one you need to make for St. Patrick’s Day.

It is made with four main ingredients: coffee, whiskey, sugar, and whipped cream. Here’s how to make our variation of it.

2. Irish Cream Cold Brew: Starbucks Inspired Recipe

Availble during the holidays, this Irish Cream Cold Brew is a Starbucks inspired recipe. However, you can make it year round with our recipe.

We’ll do something similar to Starbucks using cold brew coffee and Irish cream syrup. Then top it with our own cold foam and a line of cocoa powder right through the middle of the cold foam.

3. St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Latte

St. Patrick’s Day is the perfect time to combine coffee and alcohol. So, if you’re looking for ways to enjoy alcohol and coffee at the same time, look no further!

We’ve created the Irish Shamrock Latte – a warm alcoholic coffee beverage, just in time for the celebration and topped with a green shamrock.

4. Irish Cream Mocha (Hot or Iced)

The Irish Cream Mocha is a non alcoholic coffee drink to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day – but you can also add a little booze too if you wish…

Here, we’ve made it iced, but feel free to make this warm too if it’s still cold where you are around St. Patrick’s Day.

5. Mint Chocolate Chip Cold Brew

This Mint Chocolate Chip Cold Brew is topped with a slightly green cold foam (with natural color!) – perfect for St. Patrick’s Day.

To make a mint chocolate chip flavored cold brew coffee, we’ll mix chocolate sauce with cold brew coffee. Then we’ll make a mint flavored cold foam to top the cold brew and add some chocolate chips too.
