Just choose your preferred coffee brewing method (I used a French press!), measure out the ingredients, blend and serve.

It’s so simple and so delicious.

Oreo Coffee Milkshake Ingredients

Tips for Making an Oreo Coffee Milkshake

Coffee

I used a French press to brew coffee for this milkshake.

Feel free to choose your favorite brewing method. Just be sure to set the coffee aside to cool completely before blending with the ice cream to keep your milkshake cold.

Heavy Cream

I chose heavy cream because it makes the milkshake slightly thicker. If you’re looking to make a dairy free version, you can also use any plant based milk alternative like oat milk.

Chocolate Sauce

I used Torani Chocolate Sauce

This is an ingredient I always have in my coffee corner. It’s a versatile chocolate sauce that mixes great in hot or cold coffee drinks. Plus, it also works well to drizzle on top of desserts.

Ice Cream

I used storebought chocolate ice cream.

You can alternatively use vanilla ice cream or even coffee ice cream for an extra coffee flavor. And if you prefer to make your own ice cream at home, you can too! I have a really easy, just 4 ingredients required, no churn coffee ice cream recipe here.

Toppings

I chose to top my Oreo coffee milkshake with whipped cream, an Oreo and some Hershey’s chocolate pieces.

Get creative by using other cookie crumbs or your favorite candy to top it off.

This is optional, but I also spread chocolate sauce on the rim of a glass and stuck white sprinkles on it.
