What is in a Starbucks Almond Milk Honey flat white?

The ingredients, according to the Starbucks website for the Almondmilk Honey Flat White is Almondmilk, Brewed Espresso and Honey Blend.

It’s a plant-based, non-dairy beverage that features Starbucks Blonde Espresso with steamed almond milk and a hint of honey.

The almond milk gives a nice creaminess to the beverage without overpowering the overall taste, making a perfect amount of creamy, nutty sweetness when paired with the espresso.

What is a Flat White?

Just like a latte, a flat white is an espresso-based coffee beverage that contains steamed milk. It is a small, strong, milky coffee.

Traditionally, the base of a flat white is a double shot of espresso mixed with lightly frothed milk to create a velvety texture.

Flat whites and lattes seem nearly identical. They both consist of the same amount of rich, robust espresso shots, but a flat white has less microfoam than a latte and often less volume.

So, a flat white may taste stronger than a latte despite the fact that they have the same amount of espresso.

Tips for Making a Almondmilk Honey Flat White

Espresso

I used an espresso machine. See our espresso machine basics if you’re new to using an espresso machine.

If you don’t have an espresso machine at home, you can use strong coffee or check out our guide to making espresso without an espresso machine

Almond Milk

I used Silk Almond Milk.

Almond milk is a plant-based beverage made from filtered almonds and water. It has the lowest carbon emission compared to other grains like rice, soy, and oat. It is low in calories and sugar and also a good vegan source of calcium, vitamin E and vitamin D.

It’s one of the most delicious and versatile dairy alternatives, and you can use it as a replacement for dairy milk in your diet, including for this Almondmilk Honey Flat White recipe.

Honey

Use your favorite brand of honey. You can also find honey on Amazon
